Blockbusters to be Mind Busters
I am the type of guy who prefers renting movies and watching them at home rather than go to a multiplex and spend my precious pocket money. So the last guy to be affected by the hike in ticket prices is me.Anyways here is my preview about the two movies mentioned in the article…Fanaa and Krissh.Warning-the following contains serious spoilers so read at your own risk.
Fanaa---This is a movie about a blind girl(Kajol) who is somehow raped by an evil dude.Aamir khan is a terrorist who falls for this blind chic and their love blossoms in the cold and wintry Kashmir.Going by the promos..(destroyed in love)..I am guessing one of them dies.
My view:SHeesh..Another sobstory about two lovers definitely doesn’t make good watchin.Surely not my type of movie. The only thing that is going to bring the people to the theatres is the lead pair. Aamir khan and kajol together for the first time is the only thing that is going to save this film but not enough to force me to spend Rs 200 on movie tickets. My verdict 2/5…ie one each for the lead actors.
Krissh---This story revolves around the son of our very own forrest gump of Koi mil gaya.Yeah the two Hrithiks are IDENTICAL.howwww?what technology is this that makes father and son to be identical people…how can we buy such crap.So this Krissh guy has SUPERPOWERS and is a jolly do-gooder.Also He-man here has a special friend(Priyanka Chopra).NOW HERE IS THE GOOD PART….some goons from Jupiter kidnap Krissh’s babe and our superhero dude has to rescue her and bring her back. Can you get any cornier bollywood?????????????
My view:The action is gonna be gr8.Priyanka chopra is a total hottie and is gonna sizzle on the big screen. The music really stinks though.Rakesh Roshan..we understand that you had to provide some work to your unemployed brother but next time make him your cameraman or something. My verdict 3/5...fun for the kids atleast.

India Win Against The Windies
YAY!We won.India have started to win matches outside the subcontinent and once again proved that we are a force to reckon with. What a cool match it was, considering I only watched the highlights in the morning..who the hell is going to stay awake?
Rahul Dravid hit his 12th One-day International hundred to overshadow Chris Gayle's for West Indies and lead India to a five-wicket victory in the rain-affected first ODI at Sabina Park on Thursday. The Indian captain gave West Indies early evidence that he'll be the wall they will have to knock over in the coming weeks if they are to overcome the visitors, as he struck 10 fours and two sixes in 105 from 102 balls that helped to earn him the Man-of-the-Match award. Chasing 252 for victory from their allocation of 45 overs, India hit the jackpot with one ball to spare and took a 1-0 lead in the five-match series, when Mohammed Kaif drove Dwayne Bravo through extra cover for the last of his three boundaries in an undefeated 66 from 91 balls.
The second ODI will be contested at the same venue on Saturday, and the third will be played next Tuesday at Basseterre's Warner Park which will be hosting its first ODI.
Mumbai Mirror Rocks
Yellow Tang and Blue Palett Surgeon fish feeding on a bait-packed ball, look like they are playing soccer on their football field shaped fishtank at the Hakkeijima Sea Paradise aquarium in Yokohama, suburban Tokyo on Thursday. This new attraction at the aquarium will be displayed till the end of the FIFA World Cup in Germany
Why I like Mumbai Mirror is evident from smart pics like this one.People at MM you are doing a great job.But I have one huge complaint against you guys.why the hell do you print photographs of ur reporters along with their articles. Its REALLY FRUSTRATING TO SEE SOME GOOFY PEOPLE WITH STUPID SMIRKS ON THEIR FACES constantly catching your attention whilst reading an absorbing article.Another thing is MM’s sport reporters who are frustratingly negative about everything, constantly downplaying anything India achieve and ready to pounce when they mess up.Good package overall though and nice to read while traveling thru train…

DOTING DAD'S CAR-NAMA
Let me tell everyone that reading newspapers is one thing that I completely enjoy.Mumbai Mirror is one of my favourite newspaper..2nd to be precise, the 1st being TOI.MM has this feel of being the teenage child of THE TIMES OF INDIA.Its coverpage is always fascinating and today it is about this rich dude buying a car for his 13 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER!!!!Why u ask..get this..he wanted her friends to envy her.WHOA DUDE..YOUR DAUGHTERS FRIENDS ENVY IS WORTH 15 LAKHS??????I would rather throw a party and make them like her instead..The car looks ugly to say the least and definitely not worth 15 lakh.I feel sorry for this doting dad.I am sure his daughter would have preferred a pair of jeans worth 150 bucks instead.Go on rich chic..bask in the attention you have received, you made it to the front page of Mumbai Mirror and that in itself is Rs 15 lakh well spent.
What a super match the final was last night.Barcelona beat 10 man Arsenal 2-1 which was quite a fair result. My only complaint is with that idiot commentator Andy Gray who fails to realize that he should remain neutral while doing his job.The ref was right to send of Lehmann but Mr Gray kept on cribbing about the decision throughout the match and even during the trophy presentation which kinda left a bad taste in the mouth. On one side you had the Barca team celebrating and on the other you had to listen to the commentators incessant rambling of ifs and buts.Fair result though and finally the best team in Europe has been crowned champions

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL
THE QUEST FOR EUROPEAN SUPREMACY……
The champions league final is just11 hours away and I cant wait!!!!Ronaldinho and Thierry Henry on the same pitch is the perfect recipe for some insane football action baby.I am a full on Barca fan and if this match comes anything close to last years final..we are in for some crazy goal to mouth action.Arsenal clearly are undeserving of a finals place but Arsenal have to win if they want to keep Henry in the team.
A super-confident Arsene Wenger believes Thierry Henry can lead Arsenal to a historic first ever European Champions League crown with victory over Barcelona here Wednesday. The Arsenal manager said although the Gunners would start as underdogs against the Spanish champions, he believed that his young side could "achieve something special" - with Henry leading from the front. "Like every big player Thierry is under a lot of pressure to achieve success." Wenger told a press conference. "He is extremely determined and this is a match that he truly wants to win.
Dream on Wenger…..You just worry about the loss margin..(I predict 3-0).Some great football awaits ,go Barca..fulfil your destiny. And when the referee blows his whistle and the match kicks off,the world will witness the battle between the British and Spanish armies as they continue their quest for European supremacy.

Hello World
Hey,welcome to the most beautiful page in internet history..my blog.So this is how my blog is going to work.Everyday I will add stuff which interests me most in the daily news.Of course, they will be from the point of view of a teen from the big city,Mumbai…the city that never sleeps and my hometown. Here is some things that you would like to know about me.
I am an electrical engineering student with a skill that is considered useless in my field, writing.I always wanted to be a writer and learn literature..but alas Indian students have to put career before interests.I am an excellent basketball player too.I basically do stuff as all average teens do,so I am not going to bore you with that.I am a total sportsfan especially football…cant wait for the worldcup.I am sure though that in my lifetime I wont be seeing India lift the football world cup..sigh.I am big strong and muscly..so I have a reputation of being a bully…its not my fault though, nerds are my eternal enemies and they are growing in number in this country of mine.I love working out and riding my bike around town.I am a no nonsense straightforward aggressive guy which u will see in my blog.I am not shy of voicing my opinions and I hope this blog serves as a platform for it.I am totally anti Bush..so expect a lot of Bushbashing.Look forward to my next entry ok….silverback out.
